IT ERP Software Consultant
Responsibilities
-
Involve with sales team on the product demonstration and pre-sales activities to potential clients
-
Conduct detailed analyses and mapping of client business processes, develop and manage the complementation of RIB disruptive solutions
-
Implement and manage the installation, data migration, configuration and server and network compatibility interface at client’s site
-
Provide post installation support by evaluating queries and software functionality issues and responding in an appropriate and timely manner
-
Business process redesign or ERP product customization with project member base on client's requirement
-
Technical consultancy including business reports, queries and IT procedures under professional mindset
-
Provide technical training to functional users and build up training manuals
-
Trace client's feedback and satisfaction to improve service regulation
Requirements
-
Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science/Information technology with high understanding of IT/Software/ERP process
-
2 years’ work experience, ERP or large project implementation experience is preferred
-
With project management experience including planning, time management, prioritization, multi-tasking and documentation.
-
Working knowledge in Building, AEC, EPC industry with experience in construction/ contract/ procurement/ budget/estimation is an advantage.
-
Knowledge with Scheduling, CAD, Construction software, BIM is a plus
-
Excellent customer service oriented. Confident and professional presentation skills; excellent communication and influencing skills.

Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
-
Understand the target end market trend and requirements by collecting market & industry information, providing market survey & data analysis;

Research competitive activities with respect to changes in products, services, pricing or marketing strategies by rivals and environment within the region.

Prepare marketing tools and make various marketing materials including brochure, video, flyer etc;
-
Communicate and assess qualification of potential customers align with company marketing plan and strategy;

Gather data on competitors and analyze their method of marketing and distribution;

Product Manager
Responsibilities
-
Develop product roadmaps, document user stories, and define product requirements

Partner cross-functionally to ideate, prioritize, and deliver customer experiences, quick time to market

Help our product teams gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and prepare management accounting reports

Director of Business Development
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for selling MTWO, an enterprise end-to-end 5D BIM construction cloud management solution that connects all project contributors along with their processes and data – all on one platform, into the Construction & Engineering industry.

Driving profitable growth and reaching contractors, property developers and owners in the private and public sectors of the built environment.
-
Responsible for defining strategic sales plans, building new key CXO relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, whilst maintaining extensive knowledge of the company’s current services and solutions.

A business development focused approach mainly through attracting new client sales and penetrating into new areas of opportunity within established clients.
-
Identify new business opportunities in new customer base as well as propose new business propositions to current and potential clients; discovering and exploring new market opportunities.

Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, technical and commercial requirements, competitor’s strengths/weaknesses, as well as the risks and constraints to the company and drafting appropriate sales strategies for such opportunities.
